Services

Tersefy provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI visibility, content marketing, reputation management, and AI-powered patient conversion services for medical tourism clinics. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are described on our website and confirmed in individual service agreements signed before work begins.

Billing and Cancellation

All subscription plans are billed monthly in USD. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time setup fees (including the AI Closer System and Reputation Engine setup) are non-refundable after project kickoff. Refunds for unused portions of monthly subscriptions are issued at our discretion.

Deliverables and Intellectual Property

Content created by Tersefy for your clinic (blog posts, schema markup, Instagram captions, FAQ content) becomes your property upon full payment for the month in which it was created. The Tersefy brand, logo, website content, proprietary tools, and AI systems remain our property. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our tools or systems.

Results Disclaimer

Tersefy provides marketing optimization services. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions in AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) or search engines, as these are controlled by third-party platforms with proprietary algorithms. We commit to best-practice optimization, transparent reporting, and measurable progress toward AI visibility goals.

Limitation of Liability

Tersefy's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration in Tijuana, Baja California.
