Healthcare Data Awareness

While Tersefy is a marketing agency and not a healthcare provider, we recognize that our work involves healthcare-adjacent information. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Our services focus on public-facing marketing content, not patient records or medical data. When our AI Closer System handles patient inquiries, data handling is governed by the individual clinic's privacy policies and agreements.

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services or respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion at any time.

Third-Party Services

Our website is a static site with minimal third-party scripts. Fonts are self-hosted and loaded from our own servers. The only external service is Google Analytics for anonymous usage tracking.
