Tersefy Refund & Returns Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2025

Tersefy sells digital downloads (tiny guides). Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order is completed.

What this means

  • No returns or refunds for downloaded or accessible files.
  • No physical items are shipped.
  • Prices are in USD. Taxes and processing fees are non-refundable.

Limited exceptions

We will review and, if verified, issue a refund or credit only for:

  • Duplicate purchases or duplicate charges of the same title made in error.
  • Non-delivery due to a technical issue on our side (we will first re-send the download link).
  • Corrupted files that cannot be opened after we provide a fresh link.

To request help on any of the above, email support@tersefy.com with your order number and purchase email.

Access and delivery

Download links are provided immediately at checkout and sent to your email. If you do not receive them within a few minutes, check spam, then contact support@tersefy.com and we will re-send.

EU/UK right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are in the EEA or UK: by purchasing you request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download or streaming/access begins. If you have not accessed or downloaded the file, contact us within 14 days and we will cancel.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please contact us first at support@tersefy.com. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be contested; verified mistakes will be resolved quickly by replacement, credit, or refund as outlined above.

License reminder

Purchases are for a personal, non-transferable license. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of files is not permitted.
